Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Fraud Analyst to join our International Banking Process team. This is a non-voice/chat-based role focused on detecting, investigating, and preventing fraudulent financial activities. Ideal candidates will have prior experience in fraud detection, AML, KYC, or other relevant areas within the banking or financial services sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor financial transactions to identify suspicious or potentially fraudulent activity.

• Conduct investigations into suspected fraud cases and escalate as required.

• Review and analyze customer data in line with KYC/AML procedures and compliance requirements.

• Maintain accurate documentation of investigations and outcomes.

• Collaborate with internal departments and compliance teams to ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the banking sector (preferably in Fraud, AML, KYC, or related domains).

• Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Finance preferred).

• Strong understanding of banking compliance, regulations, and fraud risk controls.

• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
