Job Summary:
The Customer Care Associate is responsible for delivering excellent service through direct, face-to-face interactions with customers. This includes welcoming visitors, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience at all times.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and visitors professionally and warmly.

  • Understand customer needs and provide accurate product/service information.

  • Assist customers with queries, complaints, or service requests in person.

  • Handle billing, orders, service registrations, or returns at the counter (if applicable).

  • Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate departments when necessary.

  • Maintain clean and organized front-desk or customer service area.

  • Promote company offerings or promotions where appropriate.

  • Collect customer feedback to improve service quality.

  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Presentable appearance and polite demeanor.

  • Patience, empathy, and problem-solving ability.

  • Ability to handle high footfall and multitask effectively.

  • Basic system or POS (Point of Sale) operation knowledge.
