Job Title: CSA Costumer support Associates ( Kyc Verification)

Job Description: Job Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to customers for KYC verification.

Accurately verify customer information to ensure correctness.

Ensure compliance with regulations, legal standards, and company policies during KYC procedures.

Maintain confidentiality of sensitive customer information at all times.

Communicate effectively with clients during the verification process.

Document all verification activities thoroughly and systematically.

Job Requirements:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Higher Secondary 12th Pass is required).

Experience: Previous experience in customer service or KYC processes is preferred but not mandatory.

Skills:

Excellent communication skills in English.

Attention to detail in verifying and documenting customer information.

Ability to handle sensitive information securely.

Familiarity with CRM software for recording and tracking KYC data.

Flexibility: Ability to work day shifts with flexibility to adapt as needed.

Compensation and Benefits:

Salary: 10,000/-per month.
