Job Description

Job Title: Customer care executive
Location: Virar
Work Mode: Work from Office

🔹 Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to customers regarding medical tests and services

  • Assist patients in booking and scheduling appointments

  • Provide accurate information about diagnostic services

  • Maintain clear communication and resolve basic queries

  • Ensure a positive and professional interaction on every call


🔹 Eligibility Criteria

  • Minimum Qualification: HSC (12th Pass) / Graduate

  • Freshers are welcome

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential


🔹 Language Requirement (20 Positions)

  • 10 Tamil-speaking candidates

  • 10 Gujarati-speaking candidates


🔹 Salary & Benefits

  • Salary: Up to ₹16,000 per month
