Job Responsibilities

Handle customer bookings via calls, WhatsApp, and app.

Assign cars and drivers using the CRM system.

Monitor ongoing trips and gather customer feedback.

Provide prompt and polite assistance to customers.

Support daily operations to ensure smooth ride experiences.

Requirements

Basic knowledge of computers and mobile apps.

Good communication skills in Hindi & English.

Freshers are welcome – complete training will be provided.
