We are seeking clear, customer-focused Customer Support Executives to join our team in Bangalore. In this role, you will handle inbound video verification calls for the IPRU process, ensuring smooth identity verification, assisting customers with queries, and delivering a high-quality customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct customer identity verifications and process workflows
Assist customers with inquiries in a clear, courteous, and professional manner.
Validate necessary customer details and documentation efficiently during calls.
Maintain accuracy and adhere to regulatory and operational guidelines.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and call quality standards across assigned shifts.
Eligibility Criteria
Education: Minimum 10th + 12th pass (Diploma or Graduate degree welcome).
Availability: Must be ready to join immediately.
Work Arrangement: 100% Work from Office in Bangalore.
Shifts: Day shift
Language & Communication Requirements
Mandatory: Excellent command over English and Hindi (verbal and written).
Preferred Additional Languages: Bengali, Assamese, or Manipuri.
Salary & Benefits
Monthly Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹23,000 (Based on experience and skill evaluation).
