Salary: Starting from ₹17,000 per month (salary hike based on experience)

Job Summary

We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic candidates to join our team as Telecallers – Collections. The candidate will be responsible for contacting customers regarding pending payments, following up on overdue accounts, and assisting in timely payment collection.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers regarding pending and overdue payments.

• Follow up with customers to ensure timely payment of outstanding dues.

• Remind customers about payment deadlines and explain repayment details.

• Maintain accurate records of customer calls, payment commitments, and follow-ups.

• Address customer queries related to outstanding payments professionally.

• Achieve daily and monthly collection targets.

• Coordinate with the team to resolve payment-related issues.

• Ensure professional and courteous communication with customers.

Candidate Requirements

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

• Good communication and telephone-handling skills.

• Basic computer knowledge and the ability to maintain records.

• Willingness to work in a target-driven environment.

• Ability to handle customer queries patiently and professionally.

• Prior experience in tele calling, customer service, or collections will be an added advantage.
