We are seeking a Collection Executive to join our growing fintech team. The ideal candidate must have experience in loan recovery processes, strong communication skills, and a valid DRA certification. You will be responsible for handling customer accounts, driving on-time repayments, minimizing delinquencies, and maintaining professional customer interaction.
Make outbound calls to customers with overdue payments and remind them of due dates.
Follow up on delinquent accounts as per company recovery strategies.
Negotiate and resolve repayment issues while maintaining compliance with RBI and company guidelines.
Educate customers on repayment methods, penalties, and loan terms.
Update system with call notes, follow-up dates, and collection status accurately.
Coordinate with field executives for on-ground recovery when required.
Handle difficult customers with patience, professionalism, and legal knowledge.
Work with the Collection Manager to reduce delinquency buckets and improve recovery efficiency.
Ensure all collection activities comply with DRA/RBI regulations and avoid harassment or miscommunication.
Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in collection/recovery (Fintech/NBFC preferred).
DRA Certification is mandatory.
Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
Knowledge of digital payment tools (UPI, online banking, loan apps, etc.).
Ability to work under pressure and meet daily/weekly targets.
Basic computer literacy and CRM knowledge.
Must be open to working as per company process.
