Communicate with delinquent customers regarding their outstanding debts, negotiating payment plans, settlements.

Maintain timely feedback and updation of trails in the systems based on the communication held with customers.

Manage a team responsible for collection of outstanding receivables from customers.

Interact and visit delinquent customers regarding their outstanding debts.

Oversee daily operations, ensuring timely follow-ups on overdue payments.

Coordinate with Banks on timely basis to identify areas for improvement and boost collections.

Responsible to maintain audit checks as per Banks compliance policies.
