Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and persuasive Collection Telecaller to join our collections team. The primary responsibility is to contact customers with overdue payments and negotiate repayment plans, ensuring timely collection of dues while maintaining excellent customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers with overdue accounts to remind and collect payments.

• Follow up regularly with customers to ensure timely clearance of outstanding dues.

• Explain payment options and negotiate payment plans where necessary.

• Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and payment commitments.

• Escalate unresolved accounts to the senior collections team as per company policy.

• Achieve monthly collection targets and contribute to the overall performance of the collections team.

• Respond to customer queries and resolve issues related to payments.

• Collaborate with other departments (e.g., sales, accounts) to resolve customer disputes.

• Provide reports on collection activities and results to management.

Qualifications:

• Minimum educational qualification: 12th graduate or above

• Prior experience in collections or telecalling is preferred mandatory.

• DRA certified
