Position: Collection Executive – International Third-Party Collections (US Banking)

📍 Location: Turbhe, Navi Mumbai

💰 In-Hand Salary: Up to ₹44,000/month (Based on Last Drawn Salary)

Job Responsibilities:

- Handle US banking third-party collection calls.

- Follow up with customers regarding outstanding payments.

- Maintain professional communication while resolving customer queries.

- Achieve collection targets and ensure quality customer service.

Eligibility:

✅ Minimum 9 months to 1 year of International BPO Experience (Mandatory)

✅ Age: Up to 47 years

✅ Excellent English communication skills

✅ Immediate joiners preferred

Shift Timings:

🕒 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM / 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM (Rotational)

📅 Working Days: 5 Days Working

🌴 Week Off: 2 Rotational Week Offs
