Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Collection Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for following up with customers to recover outstanding payments, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth collection processes in compliance with company policies.

Responsibilities:

• Contact customers via phone calls, emails, or visits to collect pending payments.

• Maintain accurate records of all collection activities and customer interactions.

• Negotiate payment plans and settlements where necessary.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass or any graduate.

• Proven experience in collections, telesales, or customer service preferred.

• Good communication and negotiation skills.
