Job Description: Collections Assistant

Responsibilities

 Conduct pre-disbursement calling to verify and confirm customer details before loan disbursement.

 Perform welcome calling to onboard new customers and ensure they understand key loan terms and support channels.

 Handle customer service calls, addressing queries, concerns, and providing accurate information.

 Make due-date reminder calls to ensure timely payments and reduce delinquency.

 Carry out calling for journey-stuck cases, assisting customers who are unable to proceed with any step of the loan process.

Requirements Skills

 Ability to perform accurate data entry and maintain detailed call documentation.

 Understanding of payment processing procedures and customer communication protocols.

 Strong verbal communication, clarity, and active listening skills.

 Ability to follow scripts and adhere to established procedures.

 Patience, empathy, and professionalism when dealing with customers in challenging situations.

 Consistent and reliable attendance with a strong sense of punctuality..

Education

 Graduate degree required. Or 12th Pass

 Basic excel Knowledge.
