About the Role As a Debt Management Executive, you will work closely with customers to help them manage their dues by communicating effectively and setting up feasible repayment plans. The role involves ensuring timely payments, resolving payment-related issues, maintaining accurate records, and meeting defined goals while adhering to legal and company policies.

• Hindi is mandatory -(Knowledge of additional languages will be considered a strong advantage.)

What We Expect From You

Proactively contact customers to remind them of upcoming installment due dates.

Follow up with customers who have missed their EMI payments.

Clearly communicate the implications of delayed or missed payments to customers.

Must Haves

Fluency in Hindi and English.
Experience in credit card, loan, or collections process.

Knowledge of banking or NBFC collections will be an added advantage.

Candidates holding a valid DRA certification preferred.
