International Collections Executive – US Credit Card Process
Job Location:
Mumbai
(For candidates with collections experience)
Job Responsibilities:
Handle outbound/inbound calls for US credit card collections.
Follow up with customers regarding pending payments and overdue accounts.
Negotiate repayment plans and ensure timely collections.
Maintain professional communication with US customers.
Update customer records and payment details accurately in the system.
Achieve daily and monthly collection targets.
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum HSC/Graduate.
Prior experience in international collections preferred.
Excellent English communication skills.
Comfortable working in night shifts.
Basic computer knowledge required.
