Client Relationship Manager

Serve as the primary liaison between the company and its clients, ensuring prompt, professional, and effective communication.

Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

Follow up with leads provided by the sales team to convert them into potential business opportunities.

Coordinate and schedule meetings with architects and other key stakeholders on behalf of the sales team.

Monitor the progress of product samples and quotations, ensuring timely responses and closures.

Draft and send broadcast messages about new products, offers, and updates to clients.

Assist in onboarding new clients and maintain follow-ups to ensure a high level of satisfaction.

Maintain up-to-date and accurate client records, including communication logs and meeting notes.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and satisfactory service delivery.

Identify and act on opportunities for upselling and cross-selling based on client needs.

Generate and present regular reports on client communications, follow-ups, and feedback.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Proven experience in client relationship management, customer service, or sales coordination.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
