Job Summary
Grassroots is hiring Customer Support Executives to provide excellent customer service and support. Candidates should possess good communication skills in English along with any South Indian language such as Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, or Hindi.
Roles & Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through calls, chats, or emails.
Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns professionally.
Maintain a positive and customer-friendly attitude.
Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned team when required.
Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain service quality standards.
Maintain proper records of customer interactions.
Eligibility Criteria
Qualification: Diploma / ITI / Technical Courses
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Good verbal communication skills in English are mandatory.
Fluency in any one of the following languages is required:
Kannada
Tamil
Telugu
Malayalam
Hindi
Work Details
Work Mode: Work from Office
Location: Bangalore
Shift Timing: Rotational Shifts between 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM
Weekly Off: Rotational Week Off
