KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Draft, edit, and proofread professional documents including emails, letters, proposals, and reports.
• Research topics and prepare structured information summaries as directed by management.
• Prepare Word documents, Excel sheets, and PowerPoint presentations as required.
• Support HR tasks such as drafting job descriptions, offer letters, appointment letters, and staff communications.
• Maintain compliance records including regulatory checklists, filing trackers, license renewals, and statutory documents.
• Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoice preparation, expense tracking, GST/TDS coordination, and vendor payment follow-ups.
• Support business development by drafting client emails, proposals, pitch outlines, and vendor or partner communications.
• Handle business communication tasks including formal letters, meeting minutes, circulars, and internal notices.
• Maintain organized records, MIS reports, data files, and process documents across departments.
• Conduct occasional site visits to vendor locations, government offices, client sites, or project locations as per business requirements.
• Execute any additional task assigned by management with accuracy, confidentiality, and on time.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor's degree in Engg,Business Administration, or any relevant field.
• 0 to 3 years of experience in an office, admin, or multi-function business support role.
• Freshers with strong communication and computer skills are welcome to apply.
• Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and general accounting terminology is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Indian business practices, compliance requirements, and statutory documentation preferred.
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
• Proficiency in MS Office — Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Good written and spoken communication in English; Hindi or Marathi is an added advantage.
• Basic knowledge of Tally ERP or any accounting software.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with attention to detail.
• Organized, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to travel locally or outstation for site visits as and when required.
• High level of integrity and discretion with confidential business information.

• Accuracy and quality of all documents, reports, and communications prepared.
• Timely completion of assigned tasks and zero missed internal deadlines.
• Zero errors in compliance trackers, filing schedules, and statutory records.
• Feedback score from management and internal departments on overall support quality.
• Punctuality and professional conduct during site visits and external meetings.
