
Key Responsibilities
. Handle inbound calls related to Airline Services
Assist customers with booking, Cancellation
rescheduling and other quires
. Providing excellent customer support while ensuring
first call resolution.
.Maintaining Professional communication and adhering
to company quality Standards
.Work in coordination with the team to meet daily
targets and KPI's
⭕Required Skills & Qualification
Graduation is mandate
Minimum 1 Year of BPO and Travel Experience (voice Process only )
⭕Shift timings:
•Ability to work in rotational Shift
⭕ Salary slab: upto 40K CTC
⭕Working Days- 5 days a week
