Roles and responsibilities:

● Providing information about insurance products
● Processing insurance applications or claims
● Answering customer questions about insurance policies
● Handling inbound and outbound calls (depending on LOB)
●Answering customer inquiries and resolving issues related to sales, insurance, or
general product/service information
● Providing accurate and timely information to customers
● Troubleshooting problems and guiding customersthrough solutions
● Maintaining records of customer interactions
● Escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate department
What We Offer:
Salary: Fresher 25,000 CTC & Experience up to ₹40,000 CTC (based on last
drawn) + Incentives
Location: Pune, Maharashtra
Qualifications: Graduate in any field
Interview schedule: Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 5 PM
