Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to generate leads, develop new business opportunities, and support sales and marketing activities. The candidate will be responsible for client acquisition, relationship management, and achieving business growth targets.
Key Responsibilities
· Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, networking, and other channels.
· Identify and approach potential clients to develop new business opportunities.
· Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
· Build and maintain strong client relationships.
· Prepare proposals, quotations, and business presentations.
· Support marketing activities, including social media and email marketing campaigns.
· Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
· Maintain sales records and update CRM/database regularly.
· Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client servicing.
Required Skills
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
· Strong lead generation and sales abilities.
· Good knowledge of MS Office.
· Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive approach.
Qualification & Experience
· Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
· 0–1 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, or Lead Generation.
