Job Description

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services.Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly to customers.Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate products or services.Maintain accurate records of calls and customer details in CRM software.Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into confirmed sales.Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.Handle customer objections professionally and resolve queries promptly.Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for lead generation and campaign feedback.---Required Skills and Qualifications:Minimum HSC / Bachelor’s Degree in any field.1–3 years of experience in telesales, telecalling, or customer service (freshers with good communication skills can also apply).Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.Strong sales aptitude and convincing power.Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).---Preferred Qualifications:Experience in BPO, real estate, banking, education, or insurance sales will be an advantage.Positive attitude and self-motivation.
