We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, explaining our services, and driving sales through phone conversations. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with cold calling and have a strong passion for sales.
Make outbound calls to potential clients and customers.
Promote BlackBuck’s logistics services effectively, focusing on customer needs.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
Maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s services and offerings.
Record and update all customer interactions in the CRM system.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to services.
Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
Provide regular feedback on market trends and customer needs.
Fluent in Hindi (both spoken and written).
Prior experience in telesales or telecalling is an advantage.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport over the phone.
Goal-oriented and driven by achieving sales targets.
Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively.
Basic knowledge of using CRM systems is preferred.
Must be able to work in a target-driven environment.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and competitive setting.
Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (fixed hours).
