Job Title: Tele Caller Executive (Urgent Hiring – 100 Positions)

Job Location: Work from Office

Language Requirement (Mandatory)

• Tamil – 30 Positions

• Kannada – 50 Positions

• Malayalam – 20 Positions

• Hindi + Gujarati – 1 Position

Job Responsibilities

• Make outbound and inbound calls to customers.

• Handle customer queries and provide required information.

• Follow up with customers for payments / services as per process.

• Maintain accurate call records and update system data.

• Achieve daily calling and performance targets.

• Ensure professional and polite communication with customers.

• Adhere to company compliance and calling guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: PUC / Graduate

• Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply.

• Good communication skills in required regional language.

• Basic computer knowledge required.

• DRA Certified candidates preferred (for higher salary slab).

• Candidates with collections / sales / customer support experience will be an added advantage.

Salary Structure

• PUC Fresher – ₹13,000

• PUC + Experience – ₹14,000

• Graduate Fresher – ₹14,000

• Graduate (Experienced without experience letter / Other domain) – ₹15,000

• Graduate with Collections / Sales / Customer Support Experience – ₹16,000

• PUC – DRA Certified – ₹16,000

• Graduate + Relevant Experience & DRA Certified – ₹17,000

• Graduate + Relevant Experience + DRA Certified + Police Verification – ₹18,000
