Job Opening: Customer Support Executive (Inbound / Outbound)Process: HFL Inbound | CFAB Inbound | HFL OutboundEligibility Criteria:• HSC / Graduate candidates• Freshers can apply (No experience required)• Good English communication required (Inbound)• Average communication acceptable (Outbound)Salary Structure:• ₹16,000 In-hand (Inbound – HFL / CFAB)• ₹18,000 In-hand for Linguistic candidates• ₹14,000 In-hand (Outbound – HFL)Working Details:• 6 Days working• Rotational week off• Day ShiftShift Timing:• 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM (Any 9-hour shift)Job Responsibilities:• Handle inbound/outbound customer calls• Assist customers with queries and requests• Maintain professional communication• Ensure customer satisfaction
