Job Title: Customer Support Executive (Voice)
Company: Akasa Airlines
Location: Navi Mumbai
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Description:
Handle inbound/outbound customer calls, assist with flight bookings, queries, changes, and complaints while delivering excellent customer service.

Eligibility:

  • Freshers & experienced candidates

  • Must clear Versant test (Minimum score: 4)

Salary:

  • ₹24,000 In-hand / ₹28,500 CTC

Shift Details:

  • Male: Rotational shifts (24x7, from 7 AM onwards)

  • Female: Day shift (up to 8 PM)
