BPO Telecaller

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Associate to join our team at HRH NEXT Services. The ideal candidate will handle customer queries, provide support, and ensure a smooth service experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.

• Provide accurate information and support regarding company products/services.

• Resolve customer queries in a timely and professional manner.

• Record and update customer information in the system.

• Maintain quality and service standards as per process guidelines.

• Escalate issues when necessary to the concerned department.

Skills & Requirements:

• Good communication skills (English/Tamil as required).

• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.

• Strong problem-solving and customer handling abilities.

• Ability to work during evening/night shift timing (7 PM to 12 AM).

• Prior BPO experience is an added advantage but not mandatory.
