Job Description:

We are hiring energetic and motivated individuals for our Tamil Voice Process team at HRH Next Service Pvt. Ltd. The selected candidates will handle customer interactions over calls, provide accurate information, resolve queries, and ensure customer satisfaction in a professional manner.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in Tamil.

• Listen to customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or information.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system.

• Follow communication scripts and company policies.

• Meet performance and quality targets as set by the team leader.

• Provide excellent customer service and represent the company positively.

  Required Skills:

  • Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.

  • Positive attitude, patience, and team spirit.

  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts (if applicable).

    Educational Qualification:
