Job Description

 Contact customers through calls to remind them about overdue payments and EMIs.  Follow up with customers and ensure timely collection of outstanding dues.  Negotiate repayment schedules as per company policies.  Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and collection status.  Address customer queries related to payments and settlements.  Achieve assigned collection and recovery targets.  Escalate critical cases to the concerned team when required.  Ensure compliance with banking regulations and collection guidelines.  Prepare daily and monthly collection reports.
