Job Description: Team Leader – BPO

Location: Bangalore Location ( Immediate joining)

Shift: Rotational

• Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of associates to achieve process targets and performance metrics.

• Ensure daily operations run smoothly by monitoring team activities and resolving issues promptly.

• Conduct regular team meetings to communicate updates, provide feedback, and discuss improvement strategies.

• Analyze team performance and generate reports to track progress against KPIs.

• Motivate and mentor team members to enhance individual and group productivity.

• Handle escalations effectively and provide timely resolutions.

• Collaborate with management to implement process improvements and operational efficiencies.

• Maintain adherence to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards.

• Requirements Proven experience in a Team Leader role within a BPO environment (minimum 1-3 years preferred).

• Strong leadership and people management skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Proficient in performance monitoring tools and reporting.

• Ability to work in a rotational shift environment.

• Problem-solving and decision-making skills.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education (preferred but not mandatory).
