Job Description

The Process Associate will support US healthcare revenue cycle operations by interacting with insurance companies and ensuring timely resolution of claims.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deal with US insurance companies to check claim status

• Handle denials management and patient eligibility verification

• Perform insurance follow-ups for pending or unpaid claims

• Ensure adherence to defined quality and productivity benchmarks

• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with process guidelines

• Meet individual and team performance targets within stipulated timelines

Candidate Requirements / Qualifications / Skills

Educational Qualification:

• Graduates in any discipline

• 12th Pass candidates may also be considered with 6 months to 1 year of experience

• Exclusions:

  • B.Tech pursuing candidates

  • B. Pharmacy pursuing candidates

Skills & Competencies:

• Good command over English (spoken and written)

• Willingness to work in night shifts

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Computer savvy with working knowledge of basic applications

• Good listening and comprehension skills

• Ability to work in a structured, process-driven environment
