Job Description:
We are hiring Customer Support Executives for leading International BPO companies. The role involves handling international customers through voice and chat processes, resolving queries, providing accurate information, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Some processes may also include upselling or cross-selling based on customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound/outbound international calls and chat support
Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally
Maintain quality standards and process compliance
Upsell services/products where applicable
Provide excellent customer experience

Voice Process / Chat Process
International Calling (US/UK/Australian processes – as per company requirement)
Shift:
US / UK / Rotational Night Shifts
Eligibility:
Good communication skills in English
Freshers & experienced candidates can apply
