Scaler is looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to connect with prospective learners, understand their career goals, and help them find the right learning programs.
Responsibilities
- Reach out to prospective learners through calls, messages, and other channels.
- Understand their needs and explain Scaler’s programs clearly.
- Follow up with interested prospects and guide them through the enrollment process.
- Maintain accurate records of conversations and leads.
- Work toward individual and team targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support a smooth learner experience.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A customer-focused, confident approach.
- Comfortable with targets, follow-ups, and sales conversations.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Prior experience in sales, business development, or counseling is a plus.
