Key Responsibilities
Handle customer enquiries and incoming leads.
Make calls to prospective customers and understand their requirements.
Explain property projects, features, and suitable investment options.
Follow up with prospective customers through calls and other communication channels.
Schedule and coordinate property site visits.
Maintain customer relationships and update lead records.
Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion.
Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets.
Eligibility & Skills
Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university/institution.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident and comfortable with customer interaction and calling.
Good convincing and negotiation skills.
