Job Description

We need candidate with prior experience in autmobile dealership or service center.

Candidate Specifications & Requirements:

Industry Experience: Minimum 1 to 4 years of hands-on experience as a Store Incharge or Inventory Manager specifically within the automobile/spare parts industry.
Technical & Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of automotive components, spare parts categorization, and warehouse layout optimization.
Inventory Management: Proven track record in stock tracking, regular auditing, material handling, and minimizing inventory shrinkage or damage.
Software Proficiency: Hands-on experience with inventory software, ERP systems, and MS Excel for stock logging and billing.
Vendor & Order Handling: Ability to coordinate with suppliers, manage purchase requisitions, and handle incoming/outgoing dispatch verification.
Communication & Leadership: Good local language (Kannada) and basic Hindi and English communication skills, along with the ability to lead a small store team efficiently.
