Assistant Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Executive Housekeeper in managing overall housekeeping operations.

• Supervise room attendants, public area staff, and linen staff to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are met.

• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, corridors, public areas, and back-of-house areas.

• Ensure all guest requests and complaints related to housekeeping are resolved promptly and professionally.

• Help prepare staff schedules, duty rosters, and leave plans to ensure adequate coverage.

• Monitor housekeeping supplies, linen, and equipment inventory and place orders when needed.

• Ensure proper maintenance of housekeeping tools and adherence to safety and hygiene protocols.

• Conduct training sessions for new and existing staff to maintain service standards.

• Maintain housekeeping logs, reports, and performance records.

• Coordinate with Front Office and Maintenance for seamless guest service and upkeep.

• Monitor laundry operations and outsourcing (if applicable).
