Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
5–8+ years of experience in team handling and people management
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
Proven experience in coaching, mentoring, and team development
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results
