We are looking for a Academic Counsellor to join our team at Upedge Healthcare Services Private Limited. This role involves handling calls, providing exceptional student and faculty support, and addressing queries and concerns related to Paramedical and Aviation Education. Key Responsibilities:

Handle calls in a professional and efficient manner
Address queries, concerns, and complaints with a problem-solving approach
Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups
Provide timely and relevant information to students to resolve their issues
