We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Cloud Kitchen Restaurant Manager to oversee the end-to-end operations of our kitchen. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring food quality, optimizing delivery efficiency, managing staff, maintaining hygiene standards, and achieving business targets.
Oversee daily operations of the cloud kitchen, including order management, food preparation, and delivery coordination.
Ensure compliance with FSSAI, hygiene, and safety standards.
Monitor inventory levels, vendor coordination, and procurement of raw materials.
Manage and train kitchen staff, delivery personnel, and support teams.
Ensure food quality, packaging standards, and timely deliveries.
Handle online food aggregator platforms (Swiggy, Zomato, etc.) – menu updates, offers, ratings, and issue resolution.
Implement cost-control measures to optimize food cost and reduce wastage.
Analyze sales reports, customer feedback, and take corrective actions.
Drive revenue growth through operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
Maintain proper documentation, audits, and compliance.
Graduate/Diploma in Hotel Management, Culinary Arts, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant/quick service/cloud kitchen management.
Strong leadership, people management, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of inventory, vendor, and cost management systems.
Good understanding of food delivery platforms and kitchen technology.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
