Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head Chef - Pastry and Confectionery at Lakeview Creamery, located in Bengaluru. The Head Chef will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and creation of pastries and confectionery items, ensuring high-quality food standards, managing kitchen staff, developing new recipes, and maintaining hygiene and safety standards. The role also involves ordering supplies, budgeting, and working closely with the management team to provide excellent customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Proficient in Bakery, Baking, and Cooking
Strong Culinary Skills and Food Preparation experience
Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
Creativity and passion for pastry and confectionery arts
In-depth knowledge of kitchen health and safety regulations
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus
