We are looking for an experienced and talented North-Indian Chef to join our food team in Alwar. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in preparing high-quality, authentic, and delicious Indian street food.

Role & Responsibilities

The primary focus of this role is the expert preparation of popular Indian snack items, ensuring consistency, hygiene, and exceptional taste.

• Expert Preparation: Prepare and cook a variety of popular street food items, maintaining high standards of quality and consistency.

• Core Menu Items: Your expertise must cover: Tikki, Chaat (various types), Chole Bhature, Samosa, Golgappa (Pani Puri) and its accompanying specialized water (pani).

• Inventory: Manage raw material stock and communicate needs to maintain smooth operations.
  

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Chef/Halwai specializing in the required Chaat and Street Food items.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining food quality.

• Strong commitment to kitchen hygiene and cleanliness.
