Job Description

We are looking for a Kitchen Staff to join our team at Aaji Care Home Health Services Private Limited and prepare delicious meals for the guests. Key responsibility includes preparing and delivering high-quality dishes, setting up the menu, and delegating tasks to kitchen staff (If needed). The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15000 - ₹18000.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Breakfast & Tea Preparation
 Prepare and serve breakfast for elders and staff.
 Make tea and other morning beverages.
2. Mid-Day Tasks
 Wash, cut, and serve fruits.
 Prepare soup for lunch or as per the daily menu.
3. Lunch Preparation
 Cook and serve lunch as per the planned menu.
4. Evening Tea & Snacks
 Prepare and serve evening tea and snacks.
5. Dinner Preparation
 Cook and serve dinner according to the menu requirements.
6. Other Duties
 Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and dining areas.
 Ensure meals are prepared with care and delivered on time.
 Manage kitchen stock, monitor supplies, and report shortages to the supervisor.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 0.5 - 2 years of experience. Familiarity with cooking techniques (advance & non-traditional), recipes, and sanitation regulations are ideal for the position. The role requires excellent time management and leadership skills. A culinary school diploma or certification in a similar field is a plus.
