• Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and compliant with hygiene standards.

• Follow all food safety guidelines (temperature, storage, cleaning).

• Assist with daily prep work like cutting, shredding, marination, and stocking.

• Coordinate with staff to ensure smooth service during rush hours.

• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages on time.
