Assist in preparation and cooking of food items as per standard recipes and instructions.
Support Chef de Partie and senior chefs in daily kitchen operations.
Ensure proper handling, storage, and labeling of food items.
Maintain high standards of hygiene, sanitation, and safety in compliance with FSSAI and hotel policies.
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and kitchen guidelines at all times.
Assist in mise-en-place preparation for daily service and events.
Ensure cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
Report any equipment malfunction or safety issues to senior staff.
Minimize wastage and follow proper portion control.
