Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook continental dishes such as pastas, grills, soups, sauces, salads, and breakfast items
Ensure consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation
Follow standard recipes and kitchen SOPs
Assist in menu planning and daily specials
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the workstation
Monitor stock levels and inform seniors about shortages
Properly store food items as per food safety regulations
Follow HACCP and food safety guidelines
Support team members during busy service hours
Ensure minimum food wastage
