Barista

At Kori, we focus on great coffee, warm hospitality, and creating a memorable experience for every guest. We’re looking for passionate and energetic baristas who love coffee and people.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee and beverages (espresso, cappuccino, latte, cold beverages, etc.)

• Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation

• Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service

• Take orders and handle billing

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station and cafe

• Manage daily opening and closing duties

• Monitor stock levels and inform the manager about shortages

• Follow cafe SOPs and service standards

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of coffee and beverage preparation (training can be provided)

• Good communication and customer service skills

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Punctual, reliable, and well-groomed

• Flexibility to work weekends and shifts

Preferred (but not mandatory)

• Prior cafe or hospitality experience

• Experience with espresso machines and grinders
