Job Description:
Cococart and Café is looking for passionate and hardworking Commi I, II & III to join our kitchen team. The role involves assisting in food preparation, maintaining kitchen hygiene, and ensuring quality and consistency in all dishes served.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and cooking of menu items under the guidance of senior chefs.

• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the kitchen at all times.

• Follow recipes, portion control, and presentation standards.

• Support senior chefs in daily kitchen operations and inventory management.

• Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a similar role preferred (Commi I with higher expertise, Commi II & III as supporting roles).

• Basic knowledge of kitchen operations and food handling.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a team spirit.

• Willingness to learn and grow within the organization.

• It is a Full Time Cook / Chef job for candidates with 6 months - 3 years of experience.
