Dishes banaye jaise recipe mein bataya gaya hai.
Menu ki planning karein aur items ko arrange karein.
Kitchen ke saman ka hisab rakhein.

विभिन्न प्रकार के मोमो बनाना:

स्टीम मोमो
फ्राइड मोमो
तंदूरी मोमो
ग्रेवी मोमो

स्वाद, क्वालिटी और प्रेजेंटेशन बनाए रखना।
बेसिक स्नैक्स, मॉकटेल्स और शेक्स बनाने का ज्ञान होना अतिरिक्त लाभ।
किचन की सफ़ाई और हाइजीन बनाए रखना।
किचन स्टॉक (सब्ज़ी, सॉस, मसाले) का ध्यान रखना और वेस्टेज कम करना।
दुकान खोलने से पहले समय पर तैयारी पूरी करना।
