We are looking for a skilled Chinese Chef to join our culinary team. If you specialize in preparing authentic Indo-Chinese dishes.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare a range of Chinese and Indo-Chinese dishes such as: Chowmein, Noodles, Manchurian, Spring Rolls, Momos, Chilli Potato, Chilli Paneer, French Fries, and other chinese items.
Maintain high food quality and presentation standards
Collaborate with team members to improve taste, efficiency, and service
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Chinese Chef or in a similar role
Strong knowledge of Chinese cooking techniques, spices, and ingredients
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and high-pressure kitchen
A positive attitude, team spirit, and a genuine passion for cooking
