Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook Chinese dishes as per menu.

• Maintain food quality, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness.

• Manage inventory and assist in menu planning.

• Train and guide kitchen staff.

Requirements:

• 3+ years’ experience in Chinese cuisine.

• Knowledge of Chinese sauces, techniques, and presentation.

• Team player with attention to detail.
